Performance Testing Manager  

Location : Bangkok, Thailand

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive performance test plans and cases, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable systems.
• Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks, providing strategic recommendations to optimize application performance.
• Continuously monitor system performance, analyzing results using advanced tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for solutions.
• Communicate effectively with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
• Document and report performance issues in a clear and structured manner, tracking their resolution through collaboration with the development team.
• Conduct extensive load, stress, and scalability testing to validate system stability under various conditions.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in performance testing within a software development lifecycle (SDLC) environment.
• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Golang, or a similar language.
• Advanced skills in Linux and shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of networking principles and web services.
• Expertise in using performance testing tools such as Load Generators, Performance Monitoring tools, and Reporting tools, with proficiency in JMeter preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and resolving complex performance issues in large-scale systems.
