Application Developer
Location : MRT Sam Yan Station
Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, and optimize CRM systems to support Retail business strategies and customer lifecycle management.
- Manage and enhance Loyalty / Royalty Platforms to support campaigns, promotions, and reward programs.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and system improvements.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Business, Marketing, IT, and external vendors to deliver CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee system performance, data accuracy, and integration between CRM and related systems.
- Support SIT/UAT processes and ensure successful project delivery within timeline.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM data to improve business performance.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM system analysis, development, or implementation.
- Strong understanding of Retail business processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience managing or supporting Loyalty / Royalty Platforms.
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into system solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional or Agile environments is a plus.
