Application Developer

Location : MRT Sam Yan Station

  • Responsibilities

    • Analyze, develop, and optimize CRM systems to support Retail business strategies and customer lifecycle management.
    • Manage and enhance Loyalty / Royalty Platforms to support campaigns, promotions, and reward programs.
    • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and system improvements.
    • Conduct gap analysis and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with Business, Marketing, IT, and external vendors to deliver CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.
    • Oversee system performance, data accuracy, and integration between CRM and related systems.
    • Support SIT/UAT processes and ensure successful project delivery within timeline.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on CRM data to improve business performance.

    Qualifications

    • 2–5 years of experience in CRM system analysis, development, or implementation.
    • Strong understanding of Retail business processes and customer engagement strategies.
    • Experience managing or supporting Loyalty / Royalty Platforms.
    • Proven ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into system solutions.
    • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working in cross-functional or Agile environments is a plus.
