Data Architect  

Location : Ratchayothin Station

Responsibilities:

• – Data Modeling & Standards – Define logical and physical data models, canonical models, and semantic structures based on BIAN. – Map BankX business domains (Customer, Account, Payment, Lending) to BIAN Service Domains. – Define BIAN-aligned data objects (e.g., Party, Arrangement, Product Offering).
• – Data Contract Framework – Establish BIAN-compliant API and data contract standards. – Provide semantic mapping and business entity definitions using BIAN references.
• – Metadata & Catalog Architecture – Design Unity Catalog structures (metastores, catalogs, schemas, grants, lineage). – Define Purview architecture including collections, scanning strategy, and lineage capture. – Map data assets, pipelines, tables, and APIs to Purview Metadata Catalog.
• – Data Security & Compliance – Design classification/tagging standards (PII, sensitive personal data, regulated data). – Architect encryption, tokenization, and masking patterns per PDPA & BOT requirements. – Define trust-based access framework (RBAC/ABAC, least privilege).
• – Cost & Performance – Architect cost monitoring and optimization for Databricks & Azure analytics workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Data, or related fields.
• 5–7 years of experience in Enterprise Data Architecture / Data Modeling, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of BIAN framework, canonical data models, and semantic data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Platform, especially Databricks, Unity Catalog, and Microsoft Purview.
• Solid understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage.
• Experience with data security, privacy, and compliance (PII, PDPA, BOT).
• Familiar with RBAC/ABAC and cloud cost & performance optimization.
