Senior Business Analyst 

Location : Ratchayothin 

• Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement workshops and define process flows (as-is/to-be)
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements
  • Maintain product requirement document with good quality comply with compliance and governance related
  • Work with UX/UI team for best in class customer experience
  • Working as product owner in Scrum team collaborating closely with Scrum development team to ensure business alignment and delivery
  • Ensure the testing criteria is fulfill business goal
  • Support post-release validation testing
  • Trouble shooting and fixing on the related problem solving to ensure the smooth and efficient banking service/operation as 3rd tier support

   

  Requirements

  • Over 7 years of experience driving product requirement development in complex domains, particularly within the banking and financial services industry, serving in key roles such as Product Owner (PO) and Business Analyst (BA).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Agile Scrum environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.
  • 3+ years of direct experience in the finance industry, with strong understanding of regulatory, operational, and business constraints.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing stakeholders across business, technology, and executive levels to ensure strategic alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to translate business vision into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Excellent facilitation skills in workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
  • Highly proficient in documentation, including BRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English, capable of effectively communicating with local and international stakeholders.
